Hey guys im looking for some advise/information on a cutting diet. I have pretty much done only powerlifting untill now and I know how to eat to get big but I havnt done too much cutting and knowing the information I do now,I know that it wasnt the most efficant way to go. Since my last post I added more EFA's. I take 15Ml(13.5g) of flax seed oil a day,evening primrose oil,and eating more tuna. Now I know it isnt exactly polite to ask someone to just hand me a diet but Ive been looking through all the posts and dont really see anything that makes any sence. If anyone would be so kind to share their Idea of a good cutting diet I would appreciate it. Things you have to take into consideration is the only kind of fish I can eat is Tuna. ANd I have allready tried a carb restricted diet. And that is not for me, I cant stand the Idea of loosing so much strength. I will appreciate it if someone could show me the ropes. Thanks
