Replacing oats or brown rice PPWO with grits.

What's the deal with that? Feasible, or is the GI too high? **** Coleman video.

I'll cook it with my eggwhites (which I usually just drink). Any suggestions on how to top it? Sugar free ketchup?

SC - you think its OK to have such high GI carbs PPWO? I know the white sticky type rice can be as high as 90-100+. Just curious as I always though very high GI was only PWO and PPWO should go back to low-medium GI sources.

    Thanks,
    X

I utilize high GI carbs in both of my pwo meals, yes. Doesn't affect me in any negative manner at all, as insulin elevation is what I WANT.
