    pwo nutrition ?????

    i would like to see other ppl's pwo snacks/meal, or is there a sticky on pwo's?

    You can pretty much get dextrose at any serious supplement web site.

    For carbs you can try yams, rice, oats
    try to eat a low fat meat such as white fish, chicken, tuna, etc. (no steak here)
    and veggies.
    That would be your PPWO meal
    Your PWO meal is different
