Man there are so many Let's see:

    Brocolli
    Cauliflower
Salad leaves (lettuce, herbs, watercress etc.)
    Zucchini (aka patty pans)
    Baby marrows
    Brussel Sprouts
Cabbage (white or savoy, red is ok but has about 5% sugars which aint TOO bad really)
    Mushrooms (virtually all fungi)
    Spinach
    Chard
    Rodichio
Fennel (the bulb, not the herb )
Green bell pepper (red and yellow have a fair amount of sugar)
    Jerusalem Artichoke
    Asparagus
    Cucumbers
Tomatoes (also contain some sugar but not TOO much, watch out for cherry tomatoes though - the bite sized ones - high sugar)

I am sure there are more - but its late and my mind isn't at 100% at the moment
