Are juices ok to drink on cutting?
Ok i have a Q... is it ok to drink 100% pure orange juice or freshly squeezed ? maybe apple juice?? and what about cocacola lite it says 1 calorie ... thanx letme know..

usually those things have a **** load of sugars and carbs in them. So check ur lable. besides u dont really need fruit for cutting just take a multi vitamin

if your trying to cut weight you should only have water, all those drinks have tons of sugar and that will only hamper your results

Ok, when cutting you cant have anything good. Just water. Booze will make all your hard work go to $hit.

ok but im not liftin weights or anything just cardio with clen for an hour a day.. lost 20 pounds in 6 days.. so would liquior slow down the fat burning process?

I love it when people think you can do anything and eat anything you want and still have a great body. But not so much tho. Alcohol is a killer on your system, its poison. The THC (tetrahydro-cannabinol) in your weed will also hamper test production = no muscle growth.
Put down the bottles and pick up some dumbbells.

Either way if he isn't even lifting, and he is drinking and eating snickers he will still look like a skinnier fat person when he is done.

err lean i never said anything about snickers lol and i gave them bottles to my bro back to starvin myself for a week .. and dude i dont really starve myself.. i eat 6 egg whites in the morning tuna in water + onions and lemon after workout.. then evening i have a chicken breast.. and dinner id have a green apple.. and couple cups of green tea through out the day.. i dont get hunry.. feel refreshed.. its just that i work my ass off on workout sweat literally down to my knees..

huh how come.. when i was 100 + pounds more it was the same food only that i drank a lot of pepsi and usually ate and slept :/ now theres the workout and without the pepsi.. soo im basically loosin water fats fast

We tell this kid everything to do and he says "well I like pepsi and booze and dont eat more than 1000cals a day, what should I do" Look, you need to read the cutting or bulking stickys, reread them, then read them again. Take a nap, then read them again. Follow the directions. You cant have a great physique overnite, it takes years of dedication and discipline. Abandon everything you know about diet and learn from those two posts.
