is there anyway to shave some body fat % off wen getting tested with the calipers?

Drink a case of beer the night before. Then go to the gym hungover and get pumped up, then have it done. It will be lower.

i THINK you want to kinda cheat the system to make it seem less?? well i dont know what your reaso for that is b/c i would think you would want an accurat test. BUT if you must, then just flex like a mad man while your getting tested
