I will be weight lifting on the following days

    thursday
    friday

i am currently preforming cardio 3-4 mornings a week (trying to lose bf) could i in theory do cardio 5-6 mornings consective mon-fri/sat or would i be better off alternative weight training days to cardio as follows

    Monday weights
    Tuesday Cardio am & pm
    Wednesday weights
    Thursday cardio am & pm
    Friday weights
    Saturday am cardio pm weights

which plan would be better? or would you use another plan of attack? opinons would be much appreciated

I see no issue at all w/cardio everyday.

The only issue is if your nutritional demands are not met to address the preservation of lean muscle tissue.

so in theory if i was to undertake 6 cardio sessions per week which would be in your/anyones's opinion optimal for fat loss

6 morning sessions mon to sat

    or

    3 double cardio days
    mon am & pm
    wed am & pm
    Fri am & pm

    thanks
