7:15 - cardio (mountain bike) i only do this 4x week
    8am - 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
    9am - 1 cup oats
    10:30am - 2 sccops Opt Nutrition whey + flax
12:30 - Lunch - 2 cans tuna, or 8 grilled chicken tenderloins, or turkey burgers, or salmon steak, or lean steak.
    3:30 - 2 scoops opt nutrition whey + flax
    5:20 - 6:30 - Lifting
6:45 PWO shake (2 scoops all the whey + banana + dex)
8:00 - something different than i had for lunch (see above lunch menu)
    10pm - 1 scoop ATW + flax

On non lifting days i do cardio in the afternoon during my normal lifting hour. I replace the PWO shakle above with 2 scoops ATW, + banana + peanut butter. FLAME AWAY

Not the worst I have seen....you don't need the banana at 6:45, good job with the pro/fat for your 8 a.m. post cardio meal, but how about moving that cup of oats a little down the line. You want to stay pro/fat as long as possible, because your fat loss is severly effected at the first introduction of carbs. You've got alot of shakes in there, it would be better to get as much real food as possible, but I can't really say much because I take about that much whey a day as well.

you still need a lot of work with this but you are going in the right direction.i do think you would be better trying to replace some of your drinks with whole food.

It's not really the fact that the banana HAS carbs, but the TYPE of carbs it is. PWO you want quick acting/digesting carbs and dextrose fits the bill.

I won't flame there's no need to, I'd suggest that you add more chicken and/or turkey which is actually leaner. Really dial in the diet tight, I think you could stick one more meal in as opposed to a shake. You'll benefit more from the meals.

    Good luck bro

Man, now I'm kinda nervous to go in the bathroom. There may be some fat guy sitting on the toilet eating fried chicken and taking a dump. Sick bro, sick...
