NEw diet critique
last time i posted a diet i got flamed pretty good. I took the advice of a lot of the big dawgs and here is my revised diet and training on a lifting day. right now im on cycle nothing too big. (10wks 400mg/week test cyp + 50mg winny ed wk 6-12) my goals are to put on lean muscle mass while losiong bf%
7:15 - cardio (mountain bike) i only do this 4x week
8am - 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
9am - 1 cup oats
10:30am - 2 sccops Opt Nutrition whey + flax
12:30 - Lunch - 2 cans tuna, or 8 grilled chicken tenderloins, or turkey burgers, or salmon steak, or lean steak.
3:30 - 2 scoops opt nutrition whey + flax
5:20 - 6:30 - Lifting
6:45 PWO shake (2 scoops all the whey + banana + dex)
8:00 - something different than i had for lunch (see above lunch menu)
10pm - 1 scoop ATW + flax
On non lifting days i do cardio in the afternoon during my normal lifting hour. I replace the PWO shakle above with 2 scoops ATW, + banana + peanut butter. FLAME AWAY

Not the worst I have seen....you don't need the banana at 6:45, good job with the pro/fat for your 8 a.m. post cardio meal, but how about moving that cup of oats a little down the line. You want to stay pro/fat as long as possible, because your fat loss is severly effected at the first introduction of carbs. You've got alot of shakes in there, it would be better to get as much real food as possible, but I can't really say much because I take about that much whey a day as well.

yea i know about the shakes....its easy for me during work hours ya know. boss wouldnt like seeing me cooking chicken when i should be at my desk lol. The banana doestn have a neg affect on my diet if its at 645 does it? any other opinions, flames?

I won't flame there's no need to, I'd suggest that you add more chicken and/or turkey which is actually leaner. Really dial in the diet tight, I think you could stick one more meal in as opposed to a shake. You'll benefit more from the meals.
