    increase calories

    going to start a new aas cycle in a few weeks and was wondering if most of you increase your calories when on.i am currentlytaking in 4000 cals a day on a clean bulking diet.also if you increase cals do you spread them out over all your meals or just add them to a couple.i was going to add 500 cals to my diet but would just like some views

    i am currently 198lbs bf about8% and bulking up but wanting to stay quite lean as i do it.

    just looking to put lean mass on but was just asking for views on calorie intake when on AAS.whether you increase your cals when on or keep them the same

    Lean mass would be adding a few more meals. If you wanna bulk, you would add meals and add more calories to the meals. Bulking means you are not afraid to add a little fat so the big calories meals that take a little longer to digest wont turn to lean mass for awhile.
