Ok i was wondering whats the deal on baked beans?? i'm currently bulking so i'm really not that picky..but i'm trying to go clean as possible...the beans i'm using per serving is 7g protein 30g carbs only 3 g sugar..and 1g fat..there's 6 servings in a can i eat the whole can ppwo w/ a chicken breast w/ some sugar free ketchup...problems?
