    PWO protein question

    If I am 24 6' 215lbs., how much protein should I be taking in my shake PWO? I am just getting squared on my diet so I was wondering if I should start small and only take in like 27 g pro with 54 g dex PWO, or if I could jump right into it and take 55 g pro with 110 g dex PWO.

    Is 27 g protein/54 g dex PWO good enough for me to build and repair muscle seeing I'm 215?

    I just don't wanna overload just yet on the protein until my body has adapted to it. I don't wanna crap most of it out.

    i am 6 ft 200lbs and take 50gms pro:100gms dex. but everybody is different its really trial and error to see how your body responds.

    here's another answer....read what dalcow wrote....and follow it...in case you didnt see it...start out at 27/54 and then increase accordingly...you'd be surprised how easy it is to get to know your own body when you start to tweak your diet.

    You will always have runny $hits when you start protien shakes again from a hiatus. At least I do. I got out of the habit of takin em last semester and when I started again in the summer it was bad. Then you get used to it in a few days and youre in like flynn.

    Well, if you just want an example to compare with what other guys are taking.

    I'm 200 lbs and take in 75g protein in my shake.
