Diet critique before i go back to school
This is what i have been planning for my BULKING diet when i go back to start in september. I am not the most knowledgable person about diet and nutrition so any critique or comments will be appreciated.
Meal 1: Pro/Carb
2 Scoops Whey Protein & 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: Pro/Fat
Grilled chicken salad w/ Italian dressing
Meal 3: Pro/Carb
Chicken Breast, 1 cup Brown Rice
Meal 4: Pro/Fat
Grilled chicken salad w/ Italian dressing
Workout
Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
40g Whey Protein & 80g of Dextrose
Meal 6: PPWO
Chicken Breast, 1 cup Brown Rice
Meal 7: Pro/Fat
Grilled chicken salad w/ Italian dressing
Meal 8: Pro/Fat
22g Whey protein, 28g Micellar casein protein & 1 Tbsp. Flax seed oil
I know the meals are a little redundant but i really enjoy eating these meals. And i would like to not change them unless they are bad or wrong for my diet goals. Along with Creatine, multivitamin, B-12 and 1+ gallon of water ED.
