Cheap and not fish or oatmeal. Hmmmm, guess that rules out tunafish huh.
Try this, go to the meat market. But some round streak. As far as steak goes it is VERY cheap and it has plenty of protien. Add a little Dales Steak sauce and throw it on the grill and vola!
Buy a couple of baking potatoes and your set.
