New pre workout meal
My new pre workout meal will be an hour before I lift, I will have a protein shake, 1/2 cup of oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon and 1 apple. I figure the apple would be good to add for energy.
Days I don't lift, I will eat a steak as a pro/fat meal in this timeslot.

I thought I was seeing double or triple when seeing all these new threads about pre workout, steaks etc. At least I know I aint going mad
And get some variation in your diet. Don't think your body will be too happy if you have a steak every non training day at the same time.
