I am sorry I don't want to flame but WHAT A RETARDED QUESTION....
Come on man... you have to know that when you ingest water/food etc your going to gain whatever you just put in you wieghed until it is digested / pissed out. If I drink a gallon of water in an hour I am going to weigh whatever the gallon of water weighed until I sweat/piss/$hit it out or my body burns it.

yes, your body drifts weight, youll lose about 2lbs in your sleep (good for wrestling) but when you drink juice as you wake up you basically put it back in

pick a time and one day a week to weigh yourself and keep to that. I suggest every wednesday or thursday morning (before breakfast but after bathroom duties) cuz your body weight has had a chance to normalize from the weekend eating chaos. There's no need to weigh everyday...water weight will cause drastic fluctuations that dont mean anything!...chew on this fact: You must be a couch potato and eating atleast 3500 EXTRA calories a week to put on a pound a week in fat...if you arent doing that then stop worrying about the scale so much ...
