Honestly, my take would be one of the following things:
1) You are not done cutting yet. Many men can showcase all six abs, but have lower back fat and love handle fat yet to go. It's last to go.
2) It's water you are retaining, as you may be one to hold a lot of water, but can shed a lot in the last week. (I do this like crazy)
Providing a full frontal chest/abdominal pic w/your sides visible would be the best way to offer advice. Drawing from what we have now, speculation is the best answer you're going to get.

you could try bringing out your lats alittle more too. Make your obliques seem smaller.

Not sure I can help with that but perhaps try make your own (what I do). Sinc yohimburn aint available here, I simply get pure Yohimbe HCl and some transdermal gel (to act as the transporter) - can't remember what its called offhand but you should be able to get it easily from a chemist, its just a standard gel to aid absorption of substances through the skin. Mix the two and spread on the targeted area, rubbing in whilst it is absorbed.

the fat could be fiberous fat,if it is then you wont be able to burn it off with any diet or amount of cardio,i had the same situation,so 16 months ago i went and had it removed,yeah.lipo..removed 2 liters of fiberous fat..thats as much thats in a big coke bottle.made all the difference in the world.goodluck with it bro

there are two main types of stubborn fat, that which is due to insulin resistance and that which is due to A2 receptor density.
if managing your insulin, low glycemic carbs- cardio- and supps like glucorell do not work, then the issue is most likely due to A2 issues... which yohimburn will help with.
as a note, stubborn fat from cycles is often A2 related as estrogen upregulates and increases A2 receptor density (hence why women tend to have lots of "stubborn fat"--- particularly hips and thighs, though in some phenotypes arms is also common)
