Ii can see quite a few errors right off the bat. When do you work out? Do you do cardio in the AM? When do you lift?

Your meals consist of three things: protein, fats, and carbs. You should have protein in every meal and then just one of fats and carbs. Do not have fats and carbs in the same meal. The only time you want to have carbs are the two meals after you lift.

You need fat to cut fat. Flax is a good choice.

Agreed, and it has many sources of the EFA's contained... not JUST flax for example...

Doesn't cutting out the glutamine and creatine just cut back on your water weight.... I'm under the impression that cutting those supplements out of your diet really won't affect the fat burning.... will it?

Creatine cutting out will result in a loss of water weight.

Glutamine has no affect at all.
