    help me count the cals

    finally settled !
    bought my stuff test E+ 10 wks proviron from 4th week ..
    i just chalked out my diet ,hope its good and CAN ANY ONE TELL ME HOW MUCH CALORIES IS THIS DIET(even roughly will do).

    im 5.10 and 181lbs 29 yrs.
    your help will be much appriciated!

    Meal(1)-2scoops whey+1 banana mixed in water+ 1 tbsp olive oil.
    2 whole eggs boiled.
    1 bowl oats or some veg sandwiches.
    1 calcium tab.

    Meal(2)-150 gms chicken (cooked in olive oil)
    150 gms pasta or white rice.
    1 veggies or 1 bowl salad.
    1 scoop whey in water.

    Meal(3) pre-workout-1/2 serving of n-large+1 banana in water.+1 multi vitamin

    Meal(4)- post-workout-2scoops whey mixed with 50 gms glucose powder.

    Meal(5)after 30 mins-100 gms chicken
    1 big boiled potato or white rice .
    500 mh vitaminC .
    meal(6)-after 1 hour meal(5)-1/2 serving n-large+1 1 tsp olive oil

    Meal(7)-after 2 ½ hrs – same as meal(2).
    *will be adding some peanuts throughout the day .
    PS:I want to keep my bulking LEAN..

    IMO id say about 3500-4000

    If you want to be precise, just go with 1g Carb=4 calories, 1g Protein=4 calories, 1g Fat=9 calories. So for instance, i you ate something that was 60grams of carbs and 15 grams of protein, and 5 grams of fat, then you would have 345 calories.

    well i was assuming it would be 3500-4000 cals ,is it neat enough to gain size but lean muscle!

    How did you chalk out your diet w/out knowing how many kcals to consume?

    That would be the initial step of many to come in dietary planning.
