    Why p/f instead of p/c after morning Cardio?

    None of the sticky has that info. Can someone explain the reasons?

    Keeps lipolysis (fat burning) going longer by avoiding a rise in insulin which stops this process.

    You can also wait 30-45 mins to eat a carb/pro meal, same difference.

    What about later on when doing weights? Why do I need to spike insulin after weight training?

    It's beneficial to help shuttle carbs/aminos into muscle cells and begin the recovery process. Try a search for more info.

    very repetitive questions i've noticed though, man i get annoyed just reading them.... i feel bad for all you bros that consistently answer the same questions over and over!

    "i dont like plain oatmeal, i want the fruit kind"

    Then don’t read them if it annoys you! It's a fourum to ask question, seek knowlege, etc...

    Don't sweat it bro....

    Swole gave the answer.. although some need the carbs to feel energetic...

    after about 3 days your body will get use to the lack of carbs, and you will have plenty of energy without them..

    Just do the p/f combo meal 1 after cardio....

    Peace... that is cardio 65-75% max..

    Believe it or not, what I said above was not directed at you at all, it was a general comeback to what you posted about the limited Q and A's. You'd be amazed at how many totally miss the stickies and the Q and A, no matter how miniscule you may think they are in regards to info. You were kind of being "funny" when you said, "Not too many Q and A's", which indicated to me you missed the point about doing a search first, reading the stickies, etc. which is what is encouraged before posting a question. So, it wasn't about just "you", but people who come here and don't search, read the stickies, etc.

    Like I said, you probably don't believe me, and that's a bummer really, but I don't have time to sit here and beg for you to believe me.
