    If carbs = energy....

    Quick, newby question:
if carbs are energy, and youre body apparently uses up carbs first before turning to fat, wouldnt losing weight make you have absolutely NO energy? (and not be able to do that 45 min cardio jog in the morning)

Why? You use fat when glucose (sugar in the blood from carbs) is not in abundance.

Jogging is also not a good idea, as chances are it's too intense of an activity to burn pure fat, and if you are glycogen depleted, you are lookin' at burning some lean muscle tissue.

I'd suggest the search function here!

Really, it's been covered about 594235959468390468904 times here, give or take 234892348590824984695824.

HINT: 65-75% of MHR for 40-45 mins.

thats what i mean, if you use fat when glucose (your bodies fuel) is gone how can you lose fat but not feel like crap.

and yeah i meant a slow jog, or is that even too much

Fat=energy too...it is not true that your body will utilize glucose before fatty acids, your body prefers to burn fats for fuel when oxygen levels are adequate for the process. That's why low to moderate intensity cardio is recommended for maximum fat burning and minimum muscle loss.

Again, do a search and quit being lazy. In all the time it took you to be a whinin' pity case above, you could have clicked on the search feature and been over/done w/it.

    Besides, get your own thread, you're hi-jacking like it's 9/11 n sh*t.

That's as REAL as it gets as far as advice.
