Alright fellas, is this some sort of American thing or have I beeen in the dark age....? Im not too concerned about it because I never have a problem with food. If I really cant stand it...like tuna can get pretty bad when you eat it twice a day, I just don't even chew it, I put in my mouth and pound some water and down she goes. It really helps with your water intake too :lift: DO NOT do this right b4 you workout I always feel like im gonna vom, and if any other more knowledgeable bro's on here know better than to do this, please correct me as I wouldnt want to lead anyone on with misinformation.
