    Question Oasis anyone?

Question about water....does anyone really drink more than a gallon a day? Do you notice any difference if you drink less?

Diesel wow, 3 gallons a day is awesome.

Is it true that in a years time if you drink 1 gallon + water a day, that you can lose up too 4 lbs of fat just from drinking the water?

    No prob canes.

I also drink extra gallon in the gym, but that does not count to my daily water because you just drink and piss to keep your body stable for an hour.

I drink about 1.5 gallons a day but the only thing I notice a difference in if i drink less is the colour of the urine changes.

If you drink cold water the body has to work to heat the water to body temp (as with any cold foods you eat) therefore drinking cold water can help you lose weight as there are no cals and the body is burning cals to heat it

Thanks Billy Boy. I'm upping my water intake from 1 gallon to 1 ½ gallons a day.
