i always hated eggs until i put chopped red potatoes with onions and hot peppers in it..... now with my daily prevacid i can eat it all the time

what is the significance of consuming a slow digesting protein in the morning?
i always leave eggs for the last meal of the day before i go to bed
i have a protein shake in the morning
if your second meal is 2 - 3 hours later do you really need slow digesting protein in the morning
If anything a.m. u want a FAST absorbed kind of protein.
