Go to the All Sport Nutrition site (there's a link on the page here....they sponser this board) and buy yourself some Solid Whey or Pro-Rated protein.......cheap, tastes great and if you order it from them it'll be on your doorstep faster than you can mix a protein drink.
You're cutting........mix it with water only and your looking at 120 cals, 4 carbs and 1.5 grams of fat as well as 22 grams of protein per scoop. Chill it and you'll swear your drinking chocolate milk.
Nothing wrong with Nitro but even if you buy it on sale at $20 for 2 pounds your paying through the nose........10 pounds of the two I mentioned will set you back only 35 bucks and change.....you do the math.
