I got mine at an office supply store, you can get the low weight ones (under 5LB) for a really low price there.

Bought mine at walmart for $4 also. It doesnt do well with grams (has a wide gap between numbers) so in the event I need grams (almost never) I just use the same scale I use for anabolic conversions.

I use my scale on a daily basis, whether its weighing out food or weighing out kilos and kilos of ______. Okay that was joke, but it really does come in handy. I was shocked by how much I was shorting myself on protein before I started weighing out all my food and powder (for my pwo shake that is).
