muscle milk and trioplex bars too much fatPlease help

I started to throw a couple of muscle milk shakes a day in with water. My diet is clean low carbs high pro. and I gained 7lbs already. That tells me that their label claims are waaaay off!!! anybody ever exp this before. I had the same thing happen with the trioplex bars! I def would like some insight in this issue.

The label is correct, it's your daily KCAL intake that's tweaked.

You can use this product, it's just evident you are using too much, or too much food at other meals, or a combo of the two.

Insight is: You are eating too much.
