    Diet help

Im 19 and new to this site. I know everyone has their own diet. I follow a CKD. Today I just started a clen /cytomel / cycle (Not sure if that part should be posted here, sorry if not).

Here is my diet: SUNDAY- 4 eggs, 6 strips of bacon, 3 sausage links, 1tbsp of flax oil, 1tbsp of of butter, 1 tbsp of coconut oil.
    - 1 big chicken breast, 1 Low carb tortilla, 1tbsp of olive oil
    - protein shake, 1tbsp of natty PB

    - 10oz of steak, 1/2 can of green beans, 1btsp of butter
-4 eggs, 3 srips of bacon, 1tbsp of butter

    - protein shake

MONDAY-THURSDAY-3 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, 1tbsp of butter
    - 1/2 chicken breast, 1tbsp of mayonaise,1 low carb tortilla
    - 1/2 chicken breast, 1tbsp of olive oil, 1 low carb tortilla
    - chicken breast, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1tsp of flax oil, 1/2 cup of green beans
    -2 oz of hard cheese
    -protein shake

    FRIDAY(1/2) - 2 eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 tbsp of coconut oil
    -protein shake
-chicken breast, 1 low carb tortilla, 1tbsb of mayo

    GLYCOGEN DEPLETION- FULL BODY WORKOUT
FRIDAY EVENING-SATURDAY NIGHT -reload with carbs

I do 45min of cardio on Sunday, Wed. and Thurs. then 20min. on Friday, all first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I lift chest and back on Sunday, legs on Monday, and shoulders and arms on tuseday.

I have so far dropped from 38% bf to just under 13%. I am right now 5'10 228. Any help and suggestions would be great! Take it easy (except in the gym!)!

T-3 on a CKD w/out at least 400mgs of AAS per week will take your lean muscle and simply destroy it.

I'd recommend not using T-3 for the reasons stated above.

You can do a CKD, that is fine. I don't personally like those approaches, only for very overweight individuals who have a lot of fat to lose.

I think 38%BF counts as very overweight??? btw brother good work, you made a very large change, you should be proud. I'm not sure if i were you if i would follow a ckd now that you are down to 13% though. Maybe a differen't approach at lower bf% levels would be more efficient???
