My diet
Sup bros, you all know im trying to reach 180 lb right now and i feel like im doing it right. But i've been injured for past 4 days and havn't gone to the gym because of the incident...anyway trying to reach 180 (154 as of now)
This is everyday
Breakfast
4 egg whites
Grilled Cheese x2
Protein Shake
Lunch
3 chicken Fajita
1 french fry
and a double cheese burger (i know im cheating but, im at school)
Protein Bar 20g
Brunch
Tuna and Sweet Relish
Protein Shake
Dinner
Lots of Chicken or Steak
Rice
Protein Shake
Some Veggies
Post work out
2 pills of glutamine
Creatine
Before bed
2 pills of glutamine
Protein Shake
Ice Cream.

whole eggs in the morning, more carbs throughout the day
peanut butter is always a hard gainers friend
mass carbs post workout+glutamine+creatine+ protein
1 hr later have a big meal with lots of protein and carbs
mix protein shakes with whole milk, add peanut butter, ice cream or whatever you want - just get alot of calories in it.

so eat whole eggs instead of egg whites since im looking for mass, peanut butter with bread, and lotsa post carb?? no problem!! thanx man!!
