Seeking a little guidance.....
So I am getting ready to embark on a body transformation journey! :hello:
I am planning on doing a Test E/ EQ, Winny cycle and before I do so I need to "clean up" some. I would like to get down to about 12% bf before I start this. Currently I am hovering around 18% bf, maybe higher! Got married, had kid...quit working out basically. Yeah yeah I know! :yellowcon I will be hitting the weights at a lighter rep w/ more reps and less rest in between sets. My question is this. If I follow this diet, will I see good results? Also, I am looking to find something that will help "speed" up this fat loss. Not sure about clen due to the fact in the one horse town I live in I have yet to hear of anyone having this. So if anyone could offer up any suggestions as to my diet/ "supplements" I would greatly appreciate it.
