    Diet Critique

    Whats up all...lookin for some feedback on my bulk diet.Im 24 y/o about 15%bf now. Tryin to gain mass and not fat.

    7am: 5egg whites/1 scoop protien/1 cup oatmeal

    9:30am: 8oz ground turkey/2 tablespoon EFA

    noon: 1 1/2 can of tuna/2 tablesspoon Low fat mayo

    5pm: 2 scoops protein/2 tablespoon natty peanut butter

    6:30pm: Workout

    8pm: PWO 2 scoops protein/80g carbo gain

    10:30pm PPWO Protein bar
    protein/carb/fat

    Cardio 45 mins m-w-f
    Hope I dont get ripped apart too bad

    at noon i would just have full fat mayo, noon to five is a bit long IMO. throw protein bar out the window while driving 100miles an hour. just have a chicken breast and some rice instead. i would read the bulking sticky again if i was you.

    Thats my bad..it was suppose to have 8oz chix with 1 tablespoon efa at 2:30 and the shake at 5:30.Y no protien bar? can i replace it with another meak?

    Because they are crap compared to real food IMO...

    sure have some eggs instead, real eggs for the fat. i sometimes have 8oz steak and greens for my late meal. the protein bars have sugars and bad fats in them, just about every thread ive read on them ppl have flamed them.

    Brocolli for your greens would be best also...fibrous..
