    Is this a good breakfast?

    For breakfast I will be having:

    (days I don't do cardio)
    5 egg whites
    1/2 cup of oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon
    Whey protein shake (1 scoop, 27.5 g of protein)
    cup of green tea with splenda
    multi vit, 500 mg vit c

    (days I do cardio,to be eaten AFTER cardio)
    3 whole hardboiled eggs, 2 egg whites
    Whey protein shake (1 scoop, 27.5 g of protein)

    multi vit, 500 mg vit c

    Looks okay.

    Many will have the carbs in meal 1 on days they perform cardio, to top off any glycogen stores that may have been used during the cardio, and save the fat/protein offering for days when no cardio is done.

    No right/wrong, I assign different meal 1 macros to different clients based upon results desired, bodytype, metabolism, etc.

    Hey Swole I thought after cardio yuou should have a pro/fat meal if you're trying to lose weight?
