Just started diet, should I cheat?
If I'm just starting a diet, which you can see here:

Would it be beneficial if I added two cheat meals a week, 1 on fri. 1 on sat. or would it be wise if I stayed TOTALLY free of cheat meals for a couple months until I get to a comfortable weight. I'm 24 6' 215 with alot of bodyfat I wanna lose.
Also if I was gonna cheat on fri and sat, what meals should I cheat on?
And one last thing, what is the benefit of having a couple cheat meals a week? I mean besides keeping from going crazy! Does having a cheat meal or two a week help your metabolism or something. Swole I was gonna have two cheat MEALS a week not cheat DAYS. I was gonna have 1 cheat meal on fri. and another on sat. (the two days I go out with friends or on dates, etc.).
Would that hinder my results?
Also do you suggest, seeing I just started this diet, that I hold off on cheat meals for a couple weeks or months...or can I start cheating right away?
