    fast acting protein

    guys wat is a fast acting protein cos want to change my protein around like eat my eggs in my last meal. cos it is slow release. but i dont want shakes. want to eat like chicken tuna etc

    So when do you want the fast acting protein?

    Hydrolyzed is the quickest absorbing out of any of them.

    REAL hydrolyzed tastes absolutely horrid, but works very well.

    Then use 1/2 solid food, 1/2 liquid to get a slow/fast acting protein sources.

    allthewhey.com only has concentrate and isolate. Try www.trueprotein.com for the hydrolyzed protein. It is expensive, however, at over 8 bucks a lb,

    You should check ATW's website some time, as they do carry hydrolyzed, I've been using it for weeks.
