How do you guys feel after morning cardio ?
Me, I feel really dizzy and blury after morning cardio.
This un-interesting feeling stay for about 3 hours. Eating pro/carb or Pro/Fat after the morning cardio make no change, I still feel quite weird.
I am the only one like this ?
What does it mean ?
What could I do to change this ?
Thanks guys.. !

Your heart rate is too high...... you need to stay between 130-140 for fat burn at your age.

yea i deff dont get dizzy or disoriented. i feel sort of "amped" or ready to go for the day. even if i feel like groggy **** when i go to the gym, after i leave i feel great. I feel even better when i take my nasty gym clothes off and shower cause i sweat like a pig when i do an hour of am cardio!

Yeah, ill give a try for the lower Hear Rate tomorow, hope it gets better!!
In a different state of mind, is there any difference beetween doing 40 min on a bike or on an elliptical machine ?? (same Hear Rate)
I know the eliptical machine will burn more extra cals, but on a established diet, whe dont care, right ?
Thanks fellas!,
Glad to see you all feel great after your morning cardio !

Usually I sleep during my morning classes, but now that PT has started and we get to run in formation singing cadence and all the pushups and calestenics you can handle. It wakes me up and I was wondering where my nap was during AHP295.

you could add an eca stack, that always wakes me up in the morning.
btw i used to use the treadmill and would burn almost 400 cals but i tried the eliptical and i burn around 700. if your trying to lose fat and have a good diet, why not opt for losing more cals. it will work faster!!!.

usually i feel amped up but i at times feel the way you do to. its sometimes when i try to go nuts and over work myself or its other days when i dont feel like doing cardio at all and i force the 45 min. i just live with it, i havent found anything to help out on the days i feel like this.
ps.. sometimes a cold shower after cardio helps but not all the time.

I had spoke to a doctor couple minutes ago. Hes thinks (without any observation/test) that could have something to do with insulin resistance and blood sugar level.
In my famely we have alots of problem with blood sugars. (my grand-father died from diabet and somes others family members have boths diabet and hypo-glecimia)
Sounds logic ??
BTW, sorry for my bad english...

Yea bro I will admit sometimes I feel that way as well.....just depends on how much sleep I got etc. But most of the time cardio gives me a sense of well being like I did something good and started my day off right. My only suggestion is to bring the heart rate down...... that is most definitely causing you to be light headed etc...... your also dipping into your glycogen stores and burning muscle most likely at that heart rate.
