    transition cutting to bulking

    i currently eat:
    7:00am
    4 egg whites
    4 egg yolks
    fat free cheese
    salsa

    10:00am
    1 can tuna/ mayo

    12:30
    chicken breast
    2 tbsp pb
    broccoli

    3:30
    1 can tuna / mayo

    6:00
    workout

    7:00 PWO shake
    40g pro/80g dex

    8:00
    chicken breast
    1 cup brown rice

    10:00
    shake 40g pro
    1 tbsp flax oil

my question is how can i take this diet and transform it for bulking. i definately need to add more carbs, prolly to breakfast i think. i think this is around 2500 cals, less that that on non workout days(no shake). im 6' 200 lbs 13% bf. i will be adding in a testosterone cycle later after i work out my diet.

    See how this works out.

-Make your 7AM meal be packed full of nutrients. Take in a cup to a cup-in-a-half of oatmeal, more egg whites, less yolk, and maybe a protein shake.
-For your PWO shake, up the dextrose to 120-130 grams.
-For your PPWO meal, eat the same amount of macros in your PWO shake so that would be 40 g of chicken and 120-130 g of rice. Eat white rice here.
-For your 10 AM, 3:30 PM, and 10PM meals, try eating red meat.
-For your 1230 PM meal, ditch the peanut butter for some carbs.

120-130g dex PWO??? seems excessive to me. be ready for mad ****ts 30 mins later...

Seems a lot, but this guarantees a great insulin spike. People with moderate-fast metabolisms won't have a problem with digesting such a big amount.

That is way too much dextrose for the average joe blow.........unless your a pretty d*mn big guy that is gona start putting fat on you after a while. I don't even think SwoleCat uses that much dextrose and he is 250 lbs.......

Yeah, that's what I use at my size for my goals.

I believe that amount for the other person may be too much.

Try it and see, and if it is, then lower it. If not, then up it.

You have to begin and try it. Then report back after many weeks. You have to learn your body. Everyone can say "this amount" "that amount", etc., but in the end that means nada. You can attain logical points in which to begin, then adjust from there.

if im bulking i still want to do SOME am cardio sessions right? maybe 3x a week to stay lean. currently its ED m-f . i wouldnt want my first meal after that to be pro/carbs right, that would be pointless. if i have pro/fat on cardio morning days, and pro/carb other days would that be ok. how many meals should be pro/carb on a bulking cycle. currently i only have 2 pro/carb meals- pwo, ppwo. all other meals are fats/pro. im taking in close to 300grams of protein a day, for bulking would i want to raise it to 350 or 400grams?

so much in that one paragraph...

keep your protein the same. you will need to experiment with the carbs. 3 meals may be ok but likely it will be more like 4.
