    What to eat after Cardio?

In the "UNoffical How to Bulk thread and sample diet"(its a sticky), It says to eat a pro/carb meal in the morning, yet reading throughout the workout forum I saw a post saying fats are very crucial after cardio. Does it matter?

you can have the the pro/fat right after your cardio, while if you want to go pro/ carb after (depending on how carb sensitive you are) then wait about 45 mins till after you cardio is done with some ala

people react differently to carbohydrate intake, aka some get fat easily, etc.

i happen to feel much better all around when i have the bowl of oats with egg whites or whey in the morning, BUT i also am fairly sensitive to high carb intake i've noticed, so i only have the oats on days i feel i really need it. Other than that my breakfast is a yummy( ) bowl of tuna with flax and two handfuls of pills!
