    Steak the reder the better?

    Dose steak loose it's protein when it over cooked? Or it dosn't matter if it over cooked or under cooked.

    As far as protein is concerned, the more rare the better. However, that is not realistic in todays society (we lost the ability to properly digest raw meat a Loooong time ago). If you eat raw meat, or near raw, you might get sick. Cook it the way you want, but if it's burnt, its garbage. A little pink is good for me.
