Xenical Works, but here's the news

I have been a little less than motivated to diet correctly or train for the past three weeks. I had a modeling shoot and got extremely lean. Did it all correctly thanks to the help I recieved on this board, SwoleCat's post especially.
Now I am taking some Xenical with all my fat meals and it's been working so **** well I can't believe it. However, the oily discharge is so legit, I seriously **** my pants at work last week. It was some funny ****, literally.
People taking it, be careful! It works like a charm, but score some dark pants before popping a few caps down ;)

It's really a Fat Inhibitor. The reason it makes you have the discharge, nasty word right, is because it inhibits your intestines from absorbing all the fat you just took in.
Now it does not stop all the fat, like 30 percent, so be careful. But let me tell you striaght up, it really works nicely.

Xenical is nasty and would be the last think id ever take.....

Yea, it can get pretty insane. Especially if you down something high in MSG like Chinese food or Mexican food. Watch out then!

I NEED the dietary fat I ingest. It's crucial for skin, hormones, etc.

Just eat what you need of course, no pill needed!

Swole, your posts are always my guidline for dieting. Once again I will definetelly take into account what you are saying, bar none the Diet is the the key to any training goal.

I understand what these pills aim to "accomplish", but they are marketed towards people who don't have the cognitive ability to eat correctly for their goals, nor plan out a solid plan of attack. It's sad because they become reliant upon pills that are making them **** out vital nutrients, and you are not assured you are "blocking" anything w/any accuracy. That is why I am glad you are here in these forums doing some groundwork, as you are not one of those lazy people.

My wife took one the night before easter... We went to church and she had a discharge.... all over the back part of her yellow spring dress... it was horrible
