    Tuna juice!

I'm just wondering, some people tell me not to throw the tuna or salmon juice away when taking it out of the can cause it contains nutrients. Is this really true?

well from my understanding, the juice absorbs some of the stuff from the fish, I really don't know, just don't want to be wasting some good stuff. But at the same time, thats going to be hard to gag down.....

water can't absorb that many, if any nutrients from the tuna, just drain it and save yourself the agony of trying to drink that sh!t....
