    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!

    Has anyone ever used this?

I'm on a cutting diet and I would like to use this on my steak as part of my pro/fat meal and on my baked potato as part of my pro/carb PPWO meal.

I heard there is soy in this product. Wouldn't that make this a crap product because of the estrogen?

It really is good but I'm not sure of the nutritional values. I liked it but I'm a real 100% butter man myself these days.

Its got trans fats which are worse the saturated fat so butter is a better option. JMO.

I had been looking for some low fat butter I could have with my carbs and recently found I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Fat Free. No Trans fats either so it should be ok for carbs meals too.

No, it melts just fine. I used it on some whole grain bread the other day just out of the oven and it melted like regular butter. I have also melted it in the Microwave to dip fish in as well.

I think Land O Lakes whipped light butter is an awesome product. It has about 1/2 calories and fat of butter (50 cals, 6g fat for 1 tbs... one teaspoon usually suffices for me, so that cuts it down to about 16 cals, 2 g fat), and no trans fat. It's basically just watered-down butter, but it tastes exactly the same to me. I've even used in in recipes w/sauces that I've served to some typical American eaters (aka fat people who don't give a $hit what they eat) and no one knew the difference. I've used fat-free promise before, which has almost no calories whatsoever, but I think it tastes very fake. I'd rather take the 2g fat and enjoy my butter.

The amount I use is so miniscule, it has no negative affect at all.

Thats what i was thinking I never ever read on a bottle of the spray that it had any fats, let alone trans fats in it. As much as i go through i would be a fat ass by now if that was the case.

IMO 2 bottles a week seems a little excessive.

I try to keep all artificial food to a minimum. Being that there may be health risks with putting the same chemical religiously into our body.

I am not completely against artificial sweeteners and flavors, just IMO I believe we should use them sparingly. This take more discipline and dedication.
