Protein per meal is based upon your size/stature/goals/diet/aides/etc.
An actual amount per meal "exact" or "real" number figure in regards to how much one can utilize per sitting, is not an available number. A 145 lb. computer programming ectomorph will not be able to assimilate nearly as much as a 275 lb. bodybuilding meso looking to gain lean mass.

I usualy shoot for 50-60g protien per meal. What kind of beef are you talkin? Steak is obviously much more leaner and less fat than ground, and it even depends on what cut of steak. I wish I could eat more beef, but I do steal chicken breasts from the all you can eat dining hall every time I go there.

You can eat precisely 10.154679 oz. of beef per day. Any more than that and you die.

I was not asking for exact number...You totally missed my question Kim314253. I was just asking if its ok to eat lots of it a day... and if I should go over 50g protein a meal... Thats all..

No, I knew what you were asking...I was just using some sarcasm to illustrate my point that you're making it too complicated and probably worrying a little too much. Dieting doesn't have to be as precise as you're trying to make it. The little things are not going to make or break you (unless you are contest dieting) as long as you are eating generally healthful foods at regular intervals and in a proper caloric deficit (or surplus, depending on your goals).
