    Nut question

    Hello everyone,

I'am currently cutting up, and was wondering what type of nut I should incluse to my diet. I want to add cashews, but I heard Almonds are better. Would it be convenient for me to add cashews to my cut-up diet instead of almonds? Any advice is appreciated.

I bought some cut almonds today and included them into my 2:30 meal.

I did not think i would like them, they are quite tasty IMO.
