marshmallows in pwo...
i was looking at some marshmallows the other day at the supermart..and realised they are made mostly of dextrose, maltodextrin and if i can remember,fructose..mostly sugar.. so does this mean that i can actually use them in my pwo meal? instead of using dex, am i able to change to marshmallows? just for some variety?

hahaha, that would be a nice idea as almost any candy's would be, lol
however, i am maybe wrong but i think that dextrose in a liquid mixed with water(liquide) get digested alot faster than HI-GI solid carb source, thats why we shoud/have to stick with it.
I am maybe wrong though,
It would be realy nice if i am wrong

Even if it were a good source of Carbs PWO, consider this... Marshmallows have between 15-20g sugar per serving with a serving size being 4. So in order to get 80g sugar then you would be looking at 16-20 marshmallows, you think Tuna is bad now wait till you are eating 100 Marshmallows a week!
