    Egg yolks

Is the fat in egg yolks good or bad to put in a pro/fat meal? I see alot of bodybuilders dont even eat the yolk and go straight for the whites. Why is this?

I see a lot of bodybuilders who eat yolks and whites. I guess it's all relevant to who you know and see.
