aight guys im 10 weeks out and ive been hearing alot about a cheat meal onc a week to increase the fat burning my body does.......do i really need to have a cheat meal once a week even though im 10 weeks out?
im really confused beacuse i dont wanna be trciked into thinking that its co and then i for mess up my diet for the show.

10 weeks out is a very long time, that's 2.5 months...........
I have a cheat day all the way up until 3 weeks or so out, perhaps 2, depends on how good I look.

aight coo..............well i had my cheat meal today and man i feel good, but i also feel bad cuz i got bloated!............i went to go eat at a chinese buffet and ate mostly meat and ice cream is that a coo cheat meal or was too much?
what do you all eat on ur precontest cheat days?
pizzas..burger..anything goes down my throat..but just for that 1 meal..hehe
