Peanut Butter
Why is peant butter so popular among bb's and pl's. Also, there are so many different kinds with different amounts of sugars. I know the ones to use are the original ones with the oil on top.

Well fat is important for alot of reasons in any diet. Without getting in to all of that, peanut butter offers the best possible fat, it is monounsaturated, which is the most healthy fat of all, plus it is not that high in sugar if it is natural PB also it is a decent source of protien.

Peanut Butter is basically the "perfect food". It may give you cotton mouth like a mofo, but if I had one food to choose on my deserted island, that would be it.

I would choose turducken. Turkey stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken stuffed with stuffing. Maybe I would stuff that in a pig then stuff the pig in an angus...

Well I do 45 minutes cardio after my workouts and Iv read on numerous posts that you should consume protien/fat after cardio so I use PB as the FAT SOURCE and its light Natural Peanut Butter with 2 Grams of fat per Tbl spoon and then 45-60 minutes later I have the PPWO Meal which consists of Protien/Carb...If this is still a fvcked up idea all critiques are welcome....no u r not crushing the quote "Kid's Dreams" Unquote....all your advices will help me better myself...Thankyou

Bro you said PWO not post cardio......if it is post cardio then that meal is fine. But no need for a pro/carb meal after the 1st post cardio meal.

Yeah but I workout at 6:00 in the evening....I cardio after I workout and have a shake as soon as I go home....when do u suggest I eat my dinner since I need a protien/carb meal after my workout anyways??? Sorry to break your balls bro...thankyou for your advices though....Really appreciate it...

If your doing cardio after you workout, you still need a PWO shake w/ protein / carbs. Whey / Dextrose is best.
As for the rest of your day, it would be best if you outline your whole diet for the day so we can critique it for you.

Seperate your cardio and training!
I can't believe no one saw that yet.
What good is cardio if you slam down carbs right after??
NONE.........the measly "KCALS" you burned during the session did nothing but cut into your recovery window from the anaerobic activity (weights). Surely you didn't do a full 45 mins of cardio, probably only 30 I'd venture to guess, so that's even less productive. Even if you did a 45, you are still blunting lipolysis right after cardio w/the carbs, and you also attempt to go from the state of fat burning to the state of anabolism?
No way. Seperate 'em and watch the results soar.

You'll have to figure that out on your own....see what works best for your body.... but 28g is definitely not enough. At the bare minimum I would say 50g....and that is the BARE minimum.
