meal 1 : bowl porridge oats / 2 slice toast / orange juice
meal 2 : whey protein / tin of tuna
meal 3 : steak / chips / veg
meal 4 : weight gain milk shake

meal 6 : whey protein
meal 7 : 2 slice toast / milk
I know this isnt the best diet in the world but at one time I wasnt able to eat more than breakfast and a snack at nightime. So ive come a long way since then.
Im gonna check out the stickys after I post this and see whats on to help me, in the meantime any help off you guys would be great
