Too much dextrose PWO?

Ok I'm 24 6' 217 with a gut I'm trying to lose. Anyway, I was taking 55 g protein and 110 g of dex PWO but I always feel bloated and my gut looks huge after I do that. Plus I feel that taking in 110 g of dex PWO is too much.

Would it be better if I were to take half that 27.5 g protein with 55 g of dex? I figure I'm still getting some protein PWO and I'm dropping 55 g of carbs.

dont cut the protein in half

PWO is a time of anabolism.

Your possible errors would lie elsewhere.

for the bloat just drink it slower, 10-15min. i had the same prob but then i read on here just drink it slower, works better im pretty sure too. i wouldn't say that's too much dex for pwo....I do 50:100

isopure is good ****,, fvcking expensive though? Try ATW hydrolyzed isolate, works wonders and its a lot cheaper than that isopure shiat....
read one a' sc's posts on mixing it with koolaid flavor packets, good ****. you can change your flavor every day! never get sick of it....

sometimes i throw some instant coffee crystals in it too, its like a coffee milkshake(kind of) :D
