Diet for hardness
I'm 24 6' 220 with alot of body fat. Here is the diet I've been on for the last 2 weeks:
5 am cardio
1)Breakfast 6 am
Pro Blend 55 shake (1 scoop, 27.5 g of protein)
1/2 cup of oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon
multi vit, 500 mg vit c
2)Brunch 8:30 am
3 hardboiled whole eggs
3)Lunch 10:30 am
Pro Blend 55 shake (1 scoop, 27.5 g of protein) with 1 tbsp. of flax
4)Snack 1:30 pm
56 g of albacore tuna with one tbsp of full fat mayo
500 mg vit c
5) Pre Workout (days I lift) 3:30 pm
1/2 cup of oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon
Pro Blend 55 shake (1 scoop, 27.5 g of protein)
1 medium sized red apple
Dinner (days I don't lift in place of Pre Workout meal) 3:30 pm
Steak with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray and spices
Post Workout 5:30 pm (days I lift)
IMMEDIATLY AFTER MY LAST SET
IsoPure shake (2 scoops, 50 g of protein) with Dextrose (8 scoops 92 g of Dextrose/carbs)
6)Post-Post Workout 6:15 pm (days I lift)
1 3-4oz. chicken breast with spices and marinade
baked potato with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray and pepper
500 mg vit c
Fast Food Post-Post Workout Meal 6:15 pm (on thurs. and fri. to replace my usual PPWO meal)
A fast food meal (pizza, burgers, etc.)
Evening Meal (days I don't lift in place of PPWO meal) 6:15 pm
1 3-4oz. chicken breast with spices
2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
500 mg vit c
7)Bedtime meal 8:30 pm
Pro Blend 55 shake (2 scoops 55 g of protein) with 1 tbsp of flax
Sleep 9:00 pm
I'm also drinking 2 gallons of water a day.
My question is this:
I plan on starting a 2 week cycle of M1T and 4ad just to give me a little boost to get past a wall I hit in some of my gains. I'm only taking it 2 weeks because I don't want my natural test production to shut down (or not shut down that bad), and I don't want to run the risk of side effects so 2 weeks seems ok. Anyway, is my diet ok for this cycle? I want to lose fat and gain muscle just like everyone else but I would especially like to get some hardness to my muscles.
You can see my cycle here:

I'm only doing that two meals a week (thurs and fri). From my research I understand that you should include 1-2 cheat meals a week to help your metabolism and to keep your sanity.
And the reason I'm doing it PPWO is because that is when I take in pro/carbs.

PPWO is a bad choice for a cheat meal...... this is the time when you need fast acting stuff. Remember most fast food if not all will not only have carbs, but tons and tons of fat. Fat slows digestion, and therefore defeats the purpose of that meal. Try cheating before you workout.....and don't mess with your PWO nutrition
