I guess in his defense though, he did say weight gainer, not muscle gainer.

Actually I know a guy who eats 6 cheeseburgers from McDonalds whenever he goes. But he also has the genetics to be a 240lb National level NPC bodybuilder. I dont think anyone would recommend eating what he eats but some how it seriously works for him. I sure wouldnt eat that nor the above mentioned shakes

Whats so bad about milk??? When i'm bulking (now), my breakfast is 2 scoops of whey in 2 cups of (ff)milk with 3/4 cup of oatmeal...I put on some pudge, but i dont care, as it is harder to gain muscle then lose fat. I can burn the fat off later, but i want to strap as much muscle on as possible in the meantime....

Well we all got diffrent goals, some of us watch fat and carbs and all that. Some of us hardgainers will eat anything though....Mcdonalds,fatty meants, my ****ty wieght gainer, and anything else that will make our poor genetically induced bodies go up on the wieght scale.

its very easy to make the scales go up but at what cost.if most of the weight you are putting on is fat you'll look like s**t.

Never wondered what results could be if you were eating cleanly ? Good slow burning carb ans good EFA, instead off milk sugar and canola oil...

There is always the good choice and the bad choice...

You should of not post something like that in a DIET forum if you didint want to get flamed !

I don't think that wheight gaigning as anything to do with a one-kind specific homemade shake.

You only have to respect bodybuilding diet principles... ( un-processed low GI carb, good fat source, lean protein...)

Read the stickies, they may help you...

I would be willing to bet that you could gain more muscle with 4500 clean cal diets than with a 6000cals. dirty diet...

BTW- they was no intent to flame or nothing... I am a easy gaigner, so i can't feel your pain...Both situation have bad sides....

No one really flamed you, we just didn't think much of the offering for any tangible usage.

No reason to be upset about anything, let's just keep moving along. No one is going to agree w/every concept, recipe, etc., so don't get hung up on it too much. I know if I did, I'd go crazy.

This is just one of my quick snacks, my real "meals" are a lot cleaner. Hey swolecat just wondering...How much protien is too much? I'm currently getting 75-100 gr. a day. Just curious.

Well I have 4 identities therefore my advice is just as good as swoles....

anyway, 75-100g protein is consumed in 2 meals by many lifters. shoot for 40-60 per meal. Of course it depends on other factors, but that is a general guideline.
